Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48hrs before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. No Shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, refunds are not available. Payments: Payments must be completed at the time of booking or purchase. Secure payment is processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, After pay). Refunds & Returns: Services: Refunds are available for cancellations made with 48hrs notice. No refunds for no-shows or dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes.
