Returns accepted if:
The item arrives damaged or incorrect.
You notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

As each piece is unique and often made specifically for you, small variations in size, colour, or natural markings are to be expected and are part of the item's beauty.
Processing & Timeframes:
Custom orders require additional time for preparation. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
We will notify you of progress, expected delivery dates, and shipping details.
Payments:
Full payment is required before work on your custom order begins.
Payments for custom orders are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds & Returns:
Because custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only available if the item:
Arrives damaged in transit, or
Is significantly different from what was agreed upon at the time of order.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof (including photos).
Cancellations:
Cancellations of custom orders are not accepted once work has begun.
If you need to change details of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
