Bookings and Appointments:
Bookings must be made in advance via our website or agreed contact method.
Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
No Shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, refunds are not available.
Products (Crystals & Specimens)
All crystals and specimens are ethically sourced and described as accurately as possible.
As each item is unique, small variations in color, size, or shape may occur.
Products are intended for spiritual, decorative, and educational purposes only.
Payments:
Payments must be completed at the time of booking or purchase.
Secure payment is processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, After pay).
We do not store your payment details.
Shipping and delivery:
Orders are processed within 2-4 Business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for any international customs duties, fees, or taxes.
Refunds & Returns:
Services: Refunds are available for cancellations made with 24hrs notice. No refunds for no-shows or dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes.
Products: Refunds are only offered if items arrive damaged. Please notify us within 7 days with photos.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.
