At Celestial Soul Sanctuary, we value your trust and are dedicated to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products and services. Please read our Policy carefully.
Services (Readings, Healings & Coaching)
All mediumship & general readings, Reiki Healing, Crystal Reiki Healing, Sound Healing, and Soul Purpose Coaching are delivered with care and dedication.
As these are intangible services, refunds are generally not available once a session has been completed.
Cancellations/Reschedules: Bookings cancelled at least 24hrs before the scheduled time may be refunded or rescheduled.
Bookings cancelled less than 24hrs before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Products (Crystals & Insect Specimens):
We take pride in offering ethically sourced crystals and real insect specimens. Each item is unique, and natural variations in size, shape, and colour are normal.
Returns accepted if:
The item arrives damaged or incorrect.
You notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to error).
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges, as each crystal and specimen is one of a kind. If you'd like another item, please place a new order.
Non-refundable Items:
The following cannot be returned
Digital/online services after completion.
Gift cards and downloadable products
Used or damaged items not caused by us.
